Monte Bonito Dryers Project

Objective: Monte Benito Parabolic Dryer Project is to transition 8 out of 100 coffee-producing families in the region to using parabolic dryers to improve consistency and productivity.

• Parabolic dryers use solar power, with a reflector that concentrates sunlight to speed up the drying process for coffee and other agricultural products, all while maintaining high quality. 

• Parabolic dryers reduce drying time, help producers minimize harvest loss, and promote energy efficiency.
